Chrissie Swan is probably one of the busiest working mums in TV and radio! Let’s go through the list of credentials…host of Network TEN’s Can Of Worms, breakfast host on Melbourne’s MIX 101.1 with her friend Jane Hall, co-host of The 3pm Pickup on MIX FM nationwide with Jane and an ambassador for CARE Australia…Phew!

Chrissie took over the reins of hosting Can Of Worms in 2012 and adores the show. Now in its third series, Chrissie always has a hoot with the guests on the show as they tackle some of life’s curliest questions live before your very eyes! Catch the brand new series each Monday at 9.30pm on TEN.

Monday – Friday Chrissie sets her alarm for 4am for the Chrissie & Jane Breakfast Show on Melbourne’s MIX FM.

Many fans have followed Chrissie from her days on The Circle on Network Ten. The cheerful show was a breath of fresh air and viewers could tune in to find Chrissie either singing her best alongside Meatloaf (okay, it was pretty bad!) or perhaps shakin’ her booty like Beyoncé. The Circle was honoured with three Logie nominations in 2011 and Chrissie won Most Popular Female Presenter and was nominated for the Gold Logie! In 2012 Chrissie was humbled but slightly mortified when she was nominated for Most Popular Female Presenter.

Again in 2013, Chrissie was nominated for Most Popular Female Presenter for Can Of Worms.

Chrissie and former Circle lady, Yumi Stynes, began The 3pm Pickup on MIX FM in 2011 through to mid 2012 before Jane Hall stepped in and joined Chrissie for the show.

Of course, we cannot ignore Chrissie’s beginnings, which was as a runner up on Big Brother in 2003.  Having enjoyed enormous popularity on the show, Chrissie was offered a breakfast radio opportunity in Maroochydore, which then saw her join Ian ‘Dicko’ Dickson and Dave O’Neil for their own breakfast show on Vega 91.5 FM in Melbourne (now known as Smooth FM).

In her personal life, Chrissie is the proudest mother in the world with two young boys and a baby girl to her partner, affectionately known as The Chip. Her eldest son Leo is 4, Kit is 18 months and Peggy is 1 month old.

From all this, we hope you can see that Chrissie is one of the hardest working and most loved personalities in the business. It is hard not to fall in love with Chrissie and her big ‘Wahaha’ laughs!

Just a side note...Chrissie is a massive bubble wrap fanatic! We will happily accept donations of bubble wrap to pass onto Chrissie so she can pop off!
