David began working in radio as an office boy in 1974. He learned a helluva lot about the business of entertainment while standing over a steaming kettle opening the executive's mail every morning - that was 30-something year ago! Since then, David has forged out a remarkably successful, and rather colourful career producing and managing some of Australia's greatest talent.

As an Executive Producer, David has been responsible for some of Australia's highest profile live entertainment across all three major commercial TV networks. This includes the blue-blood and pulse of Australian music, such as John Farnham (five times!), Olivia Newton-John, Anthony Warlow, Kylie Minogue, Savage Garden, Human Nature, Shannon Noll, as well as the nightly talk and variety series 'Tonight Live with Steve Vizard'. David also co- created and served as Executive Producer for 'Coca-Cola AUSMUSIC90' and the annual 'Coca-Cola Australian Music Awards'. Most recently, David is now currently Executive Producer on Network Ten's new topical show 'Can of Worms', with Ian 'Dicko' Dickson as host.

As a distributor and marketer, David has licensed over 1,600 hours of TV programming and formats, both nationally and internationally. "Thank heavens for Pay TV," he says, "it kept a sharp crease in my suit trousers for years!"

David received a finalist's nomination in 'The 2000 New York Festival of International TV and Film for Special Events'. He swears today that if he'd send one more round of cosmopolitans to the judge's table he would have received the highly sought after golden gong!

As well as TV and live events, David also spent several years as the Creative Director and Executive Director for Australia's largest syndication company, where he oversaw hundreds of hours of national music and talk programming each year.

As a personal manager, David acts on behalf of Australia's best-known celebrities and offers them advice on pretty much everything - except balancing a household budget. He's crap at that!
