Paul Mercurio cooks with beer at Taste of Melbourne for Bluetongue Beers

Bluetongue last week invited Paul to cook some of his best recipes featuring Bluetongue's beers at the Taste of Melbourne VIP night on Thursday 15th September and the general public session on Saturday 17th September.

Madeleine Stockwell, Brand Manager of Bluetongue said, “We are delighted to have Paul on board to help us showcase the great taste of Bluetongue beer".

Paul was in his element as he performed his cooking demonstrations for an enthusiastic audience, who were then able to sample Paul's Quail and Flathead recipes.
