David began working in radio as an office boy in 1974.  He learned a helluva lot about the business of entertainment while standing over a kettle steaming open the executive mail every morning. That was 30 something years ago and since then he has forged out a remarkably successful and rather colourful career producing and managing some of Australia's greatest talent. 

As an Executive Producer David has been responsible for some of Australia 's highest profile live entertainment events across all 3 commercial TV networks.  including the blue-blood and pulse of Australian music such as John Farnham (5 times!),  Olivia Newton John, Anthony Warlow, Kylie Minogue, Savage Garden, Human Nature, Shannon Noll as well as the nightly talk and variety series Tonight Live with Steve Vizard. David also co-created and was Executive Producer for Coca-Cola AUSMUSIC90 and the annual Coca-Cola Australian Music Awards.

As well as TV & live events, David also spent several years as Creative Director & Executive Director for Australia’s largest radio syndication company overseeing hundreds of hours of national music & talk programming each year.

David received a finalist's nomination in The 2000 New York Festival of International TV & Film for Entertainment Special Events. He swears today that if he’d sent one more round of Cosmopolitans to the judges table he would have got the highly sought after golden gong.

As a distributor and marketer David has licensed over 1,600 hours of TV programming and formats locally & internationally. “Thank heavens for Pay TV” he said “it kept a sharp crease in my suit trousers for years!”.

As a personal manager David acts on behalf of Australia's best known celebrities and offers them advice on pretty much everything … except balancing a household budget. He’s crap at that.
